What is your processing time on orders?

Once an order is placed, there is a 48-72 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Usually within 2-4 business days of receiving the order, sometimes same day!
I just placed my order, when will I receive it?

Most domestic orders will arrive within 4-7 business days of placing your order.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service.
Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at support@whitecoatwicks.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to international orders in the near future!
